Our investment thesis consists of acquiring mixed-use, multi-residential and grocery-anchored retail properties in the Greater Toronto & Greater Ottawa Areas. Our operation was established to maximize investor returns, thus we seek to acquire value-add opportunities located in high-profile areas & have existing holding income. By improving the income stream or adding capital expenditures, we are ensuring the success of each asset in our portfolio.
We are actively seeking to acquire the following asset types in the Greater Toronto Area or Greater Ottawa Area: mixed-use in high profile area; garden-style & low-rise multi-residential; and grocery-anchored retail.

The entire basis of our operation is to ensure maximum asset appreciation to not only meet expected yield targets, but to exceed them. By enforcing the highest possible occupancy rate in all of our properties and adding capital improvements when necessary, we are ensuring the success of each asset. Tokenization is the process of creating digital securities, deployed on a public blockchain network, to represent fractional ownership of an asset, such as real estate. Blockchain technology and the emergence of smart contracts, has created new opportunities for us to reimagine real estate investing and transactions. Tokenization has two significant upside factors: a lower barrier to entry attracts a wide range of investors, not just one entity; and improved liquidity for all shareholders of that asset, as they will be able to utilize secondary markets. Simply put, tokenization has the potential to enable institutional-grade real estate investing, on a singular asset basis, which can open previously unimaginable opportunities (e.g. owning fractions of different buildings in cities around the world that you selected).
